As her client, you have access to tools to support you to stick to your budget, gain confidence in contract negotiation, and more- all from a practical (logical) and subconscious perspectives.
LaNeesha brings the arts of general wellbeing including hypnosis, nutrition and Reiki into her accounting practice. I know that through eating clean food, maintaining personal practices, I will have the mental, emotional and physical fitness to take care of her clientele.

We mainly work with Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online. We also work with other platforms.
Custom System
We developed a system for a specific clientele. This versatile system is useful for households businesses and a blend of both! It may be the best fit in regards to usability, readability, function and minimal cost.
The system is a comprehensive online spreadsheet in which you can keep track of your income and expenses for each of your bank accounts, debit cards and credit cards.
Enter in your income and expenses, to find exactly where your money is going, and track your progress toward savings goals- or even figure where you are at in earning spending rewards on credit cards.
Track your transactions in your customizable category fields- i.e if you want all utilities to go to one line item, you can, you can separate each utility- or remove utility expense all together if you don’t pay utilities at all! The spreadsheet automatically calculates the total by month, and displays a grand total for the calendar year.
Use the Overview tab to see your net worth! Add in your gold, silver, Roth IRA, 401K and property into the overview. You can also balance your bank/credit card accounts, to see that your data entry is accurate.
Business owners can compare their marketing expenditure against their revenues to make a decision on whether their investment has been worth it.

About LaNeesha, The Bean Counter
As an administrative assistant, the CFO and upper management trained LaNeesha and gave her the opportunity to become an accountant. She was interested in data mining, summarizing her findings, and coming to a solution. She found accounting to be easy and second nature. She started with her first client in 2018, and almost right away, it started to grow. In 2023, she finally made a website, as all her clients have found her through referral and her sphere of influence.
In 15 years’ experience, LaNeesha supports start-up businesses set up accounting & HR procedures, companies clean up (or start their books, as well maintain books for established INC5000 companies.
In school, LaNeesha studied accounting, business and psychology. Despite her success in accounting, her passion remained in being a therapist. When she is not counting your beans, LaNeesha supports her hypnotherapy & Reiki clients see their dream, goal or vision come to fruition. In her studies, LaNeesha found that your business is not only about the product, service you provide. When you look within, your business is a reflection of your personal relationships, your habits, the “story” you tell about your life.
